A spacious and very comfortable villa apartment located in the high Garfagnana, very nicely furnished, with garden, sun terrace, and car parking. Pets are permitted.

This recently renovated villa is big (170 sqm) and perfect for families or groups of friends. There is one double and two twin bedrooms, and extra beds can be added as required. Central heating means it is available all year round. There is a large fully fitted kitchen including microwave and freezer, a dining room, an enormous sitting room with fireplace and TV, a laundry room with washing machine and two bathrooms. Outside there is a sun terrace at the front of the house with chairs and sun loungers, and a garden with flowers, evergreens and fruit trees.

The villa is located in a village close to Giucugnano, above Piazza al Serchio, at a height of about 1000m. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive and hill walking straight out of the village. Driving time from Pisa airport will be about 2 hours for those not used to the smaller roads.

Rentals are available for Saturday to Saturdays, but can be arranged for periods of less than a week outside of high season. There is a one-off cleaning fee of 35 euro per stay, and a damage deposit of 100 euro required, both of which are paid with the rental in cash on arrival.

Villa Lembi is ideal for those wanting to combine the stunning scenery, sense of space, and fresh air of the Garfagnana with a little luxury, for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Prices:

High season (June, July, Aug) 850 euro per week (about £570) plus single cleaning charge of 35 euro

All other times 750 euro per week (about £500) plus single cleaning charge of 35 euro
