A delightful rustic village house in San Gemignano, a small village about 10 minutes drive from Bagni di Lucca. The entrance is via a small arcaded terrace into a good sized farmhouse-style kitchen with a large central table, gas cooker, fridge, stone sink and fireplace. A stone staircase leads up to a sitting room (with a double sofa bed) one double and one twin bedroom and a small bathroom, with WC, sink and shower. A washing machine is available. There are chestnut beams and cotto floors througout and the traditional furnishings are also in chestnut and very typical of the area. There is car parking within 50m and central heating is available at an additional charge.

The house makes an ideal base for those wanting to explore the area, while also enjoying the charm and views of Italian village life. The local shop and bar provide for all everyday needs.
