A spacious apartment with private parking located five minutes walk from the historical centre of Lucca and two minutes walk from the railway station, ideal as a base for exploring the area - either by car, or using public transport.

The second floor apartment consists of a large kitchen/living room, with high ceilings, chestnut beams and cotto floors and one double and one single bedroom. The apartment is equipped with cooker and fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, and sofa and armchairs.

Gas central heating (additional charge) is available if required. The apartment is available year round for periods of one week or more. Longer term rentals are available at a reduced rate.
