One double bedroom, one with bunk beds

An old stone built mill with plenty of outside space, hidden away on the steep slopes 20 minutes drive above a hill village outside Bagni di Lucca. The house itself is very small, comprising tiny living room/entrance room, a small kitchen simply but adequately equipped, and two bedrooms (one with bunk beds which gives access to a the other, a double) which are accessed via ladder-style stairs.

Outside there is a stone terrace with table and chairs, a garden, an external bread oven that can also be used for BBQ's and (if required) fenced in dog pound. A bubbling stream runs around the house - ideal for summer paddling - and beyond this there are woodlands and walking a-plenty. Although there is no view from the house itself, there is stunning scenery all around. There is car access to the house, which is in a group of just 2 or three others and is just 5 minutes drive from shops and bars in the village.

The house is ideal for those wanting peace and quiet and access to good walking, and those wanting to bring pets.
