This small traditional farmhouse has been tastefully refurbished and consists of two double bedrooms, a modern but simple kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living room with fireplace. Behind the house there is a shaded terrace complete with barbecue facilities. It should be noted that the water supply comes from a rainwater-fed tank and as there is no heating it is not suitable for winter use.

The house is situated on the edge of extensive chestnut woods high up on the hills to the north of Lucca and is ideal for those wanting lots of peace and space in which to relax. Parking is available outside the house. The area is ideal for trekking and is particularly suitable for children of all ages. The village of Partigliano, which has a bar, restaurant, and grocery store, is 15 mins walk from the house.
