A traditional Italian house in San Cassiano, a small hill village 20 minutes drive from Bagni di Lucca. There are stunning views from around the village, an abundance of peace and quiet, and plenty of walking from outside the front door. As there is no heating it is not suitable for winter use.

The house in within the village, and comfortably is furnished in the local style, so is comfortable although not rustic, and there is car parking within 50m. The village has bars and shops, and the bar/pizzeria will also provide meals if reserved in advance.

The property is available as either:

a) a small apartment for a couple, comprising a very small double bedroom, bathroom with bath, off which there is a small terrace, a kitchen/dining room and a sitting/dining room, or

b) a full house, comprising the above plus a second kitchen with washing machine, second sitting room, a double bedroom, and a further double bedroom with additional single bed. A cot is also available.

a) Small apartment @ 300 Euro per week (about £200) all inclusive

b) Whole house @ 500 Euro per week (about £325) all inclusive
