A recently-restored traditional Tuscan rural house with a pool (8 x 4.5m), three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, dining room, sitting room with wood-burning stove, TV DVD and hi-fi, and utility room. The house is light and airy and is furnished with a mix of antique and modern items.

Outside there is a private garden, terrace area for sitting, swimming pool, pergola, BBQ area, parking, and rural views over to the mountains. The house has full central heating and is available all year round. The rent includes linen, towels, all services, heating, and use of the pool.

The house is quiet, with no passing traffic and with plenty of walking in the surrounding area. The village of Camporgiano, about a mile away, offers bars, restaurants, shops and a cash machine. A car will be essential for most people, although there is a bus service that provides a connection to a station.

Two adult bicycles can be provided on request. Dog owners are welcome.

July and August - £1090 (GBP) per week
June and September - £790 (GBP) per week
May, October, Easter, Christmas, New Year - £570 (GBP) per week
All other times - £295 (GBP) per week
