A typical Italian village house furnished in local style, with a large south facing stone terrace with fantastic views over the Lima valley and hills beyond.

The house has a living room with access to the terrace, a simple kitchen with fireplace, fridge, and wood burning stove, and a small dining room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, another room with a double and single bed, and a bathroom with bath. There is also a washing machine available.

There is a grassy area behind the house suitable for children to play, or to sit out in the shade when it is very hot. Car parking is available at the entrance to the village, with a steep 50m walk to the house.

The house is in the village of San Cassiano, which has bars and shops, and wonderful views over the Lima valley. It is ideal for a relaxing summer, spring or autumn holiday, enjoying the scenery, and within easy daytrip distance of the coast.

Price 500 euro per week (about £325), or 850 euro for two weeks (about £550) all inclusive
