An old stone house in San Gemignano, very rustic and simply funished, with a very old fashioned atmosphere. The entrance is down a side street off the village main street, and leads into an entrance room (which houses the fridge).

Old wooden stairs lead up to a small kitchen and a sitting/dining room. There is also a bathroom with shower. The kitchen contains a gas cooking stove, a fireplace and a stone sink.

Up more steep wooden stairs is a single room and a double room (with only a simple entrance, no door). There is wood fired central heating, as well as the fireplaces.

Outside is a small garden providing room to sit out to eat. There is also a stone BBQ for roasting meet over a real fire. Parking is available within 75m.
