A large newly-restored three bedroomed farmhouse on the edge of a village that offers the following facilities:

Well-equipped sitting room with sofa and two chair-beds, a huge original, and working, fireplace, TV with British satellite TV and a digital music system.

A kitchen fitted out in solid Carrara marble and old chestnut, including an original built-in dresser.

A dining room with a 17th century solid oak refectory table. This room leads out into the garden through a French window.

Three bedrooms: The first of these has a romantic four poster king-size bed, the second is a double room with a locally made wrought iron bedstead and the third is a twin room. The two good quality sofa beds in the sitting room provide further slepping accomodation if required.

Two bathrooms with shower cubicles, large washbasins, WC and bidet. The very large upstairs bathroom also has a separate, roll-top, claw-foot, cast iron bath.

The property has a garden of around one acre, spread over two child-friendly terraces and providing 270 degree views. The large swimming pool of 13 x 5 metres is of an ‘infinity design’ and has a sun deck.

Vibbiana is a charming, typically Tuscan hill village, with a bar, which also doubles as a small grocers and sells fresh bread. There is also a cheesemaker with a shop outlet who also sells local sausages and cured meats.

June and September - £850 (GBP) per week
May, October, Easter, Christmas, New Year - £595 (GBP) per week
All other times - £345 (GBP) per week
