A subtantial and comfortable stone village house with central heating, cotto floors and chestnut beams. The house has been very nicely restored and is set in a private courtyard in the village of Vettiglia just outside Bagni di Lucca.

The entrance level of the house has kitchen, living room with satellite TV, formal dining room, and a second smaller dining room. There is a small terrace off this level with views south over wooded hills. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms ( a further bed and/or cot can be added if required) and a large bathroom with bath. Off the bathroom is a further room containing wardrobes and further storage.

At the rear of the house is a further stone terrace with garden furniture, suitable for eating out, and a large flat terraced garden.

The house is available in the winter and for longer term lets.
