An old converted stone watermill, with a large enclosed garden and private parking, providing a tranquil hideaway among the hills surrounding Bagni di Lucca.

The property is arranged as a modern well-equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, bathroom, a small balcony overlooking the stream, and a double bedroom. Upstairs is a small twin bedroom. There is gas central heating, a washing machine and a TV.

Outside is a terrace with roof to provide shade, and the very large fenced garden, mainly lawn, with above-ground swimming pool, BBQ area and some children’s outdoor toys. There are also several eating areas, one with a pergola to give shade, and garden lighting. The stream runs around the garden.
