A two bedroomed house in the village of San Gemignano, above Bagni di Lucca.

The house, which is attached to another, has an entrance/dining room, a kitchen with fireplace, gas cooker, double sink and fridge, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath. There is also a washing machine and central heating.

The property has been very nicely restored, and is typical of the area. The garden is good sized, with a pergola and plenty of room to sit out and eat and for children to play. Parking is available in the garden, or more easily on the road outside. A third bedroom could be made available if required – please ask for more details
