 A traditional stone Tuscan rural village house with garden and small whirlpool tub. The house was originally built at the turn of the last century and has very recently been completely renovated and modernised, whilst retaining the original features and character of the property.

The house has two good-sized upstairs bedrooms (double, twin/double, plus extra single if required), two bathrooms, large dining kitchen, sitting room with large open fireplace, a downstairs bed/sitting room and a utility cantina.

It is fitted and furnished simply but tastefully, generally in keeping with the style of the house, which has a light and quite spacious feel. The house has full gas heating, with cast iron radiators.

The kitchen has a gas hob, oven & grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The utility room has an automatic washing machine and drying and ironing facilities. The small sitting room has a functioning large open fireplace (and firewood to use it), a new small sofa, with a TV, DVD, CD & MP3 music player.

The house has a private garden, large outdoor whirlpool tub and parking, with beautiful rural views over rolling hillsides and to mountains.
