This house is situated on a hillside, about 500m above sea level and offers magnificent views of the Serchio valley and the Apuan Alps.

Downstairs, there is a living room and dining room both with fireplaces. Upstairs, there is a second sitting room, opening out onto a panoramic balcony/terrace.

There is a very large garden with patio area, outside dining and a pizza oven. There is a good-sized swimming pool of 11m x 4m, with ‘infinity’ view.

Although private, quiet and secluded, Belvedere is only 2 km away from the large village of Pieve Fosciana, which provides some excellent restaurants, bars, shops & a small supermarket, a bank, filling station, even a bowling alley.
