Rental houses and apartments in Tuscany
Toscana Rentals can arrange vacation or longer term property rental
at sensible prices. The properties we list on this website are mainly
simple and inexpensive village, country, or town houses or apartments
owned by local people. The majority of the properties are set in
the hills and villages of northern Tuscany around Bagni
di Lucca to the north of Lucca. In addition we also list some
properties in Lucca
and a few country properties in other
parts of Tuscany.
Flexible Rentals
We try our best to arrange rentals to suit your
needs and can often arrange:
- Short notice bookings
- Rental periods for days other than Saturday-to-Saturday. This
allows you to make use of lower-cost midweek airfares.
- Short-term rentals - for a minimum of three days.
- Long-term rentals - Are you thinking of relocating to Italy
or want to get away for a long break? We can arrange low-cost
Longer term rentals, generally
for periods of two months or more, for many of these properties.
How to Book
Please email us with your requirements so we can advise on the availability of your chosen property or so that we can suggest a suitable property for you. For properties that have British owners we will send you contact details of the owner so you can arrange your booking directly with them.
We arrange rentals of all other properties on your behalf directly with the Italian owner. Once the rental is agreed you pay a non-returnable booking fee of 15% of the full rental price to Toscana Verde (usually by Sterling cheque to the address on the left, but for non-UK residents alternatives can be arranged). The remainder of the rental fee is paid in cash in Euro to the owner on arrival. Once we have received the booking fee we will confirm the booking and provide full instructions on how to find the property, obtain the key, and any other important information
