A simple rustic stone built house in the village of Gomberetto, a few minutes drive from Bagni di Lucca.

On the ground floor is a living room with cotto floors, chestnut beams, and an old stone fireplace, and a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and is equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

On the first floor is a double bedroom, and a twin room with a further single bed. On the top floor is a further bedroom, currently with a single bed, to which another single bed could be added if required.

Outside, at the front of the house, is a shared terrace suitable for eating outdoors. The house is furnished in a simple local style, has oil-fired central heating and is available year-round.

There are shops in two nearby villages (10-15 mins walk via footpath). Parking is available just outside the village.

The property is also available for longer term rentals.
