General Information

We have visited the majority of these properties and can answer most questions about facilities or location. Note that some properties cannot be accessed by public transport and in some cases cars need to left some distance away. If you let us know your requirements we can advise as to the suitability of any property.

Properties with heating can be rented year round, and unless indicated otherwise, rental charges includes water, electricity, gas, bedding and towels. For properties around Bagni di Lucca there is usually a local English speaking owner's representative available in case of difficulty or emergency. If you want a short notice rental, a car-free holiday, a longer term rental, have reduced mobility or want to bring a pet please contact us for advice as all these can be arranged.

Prices are generally given in euro and where converted to Sterling are as a guide only. Discounts are often available for rentals of three weeks or more.

How to Book

Please email us with your requirements so we can advise on the availability of your chosen property or so that we can suggest a suitable property for you. For properties that have British owners we will send you contact details of the owner so you can arrange your booking directly with them.

We arrange rentals of all other properties on your behalf directly with the Italian owner. Once the rental is agreed you pay a non-returnable booking fee of 15% of the full rental price to Toscana Verde (usually by Sterling cheque to the address on the left, but for non-UK residents alternatives can be arranged). The remainder of the rental fee is paid in cash in Euro to the owner on arrival. Once we have received the booking fee we will confirm the booking and provide full instructions on how to find the property, obtain the key, and any other important information.
